Partners
The partner list, the three-step funnel above it, the never-promoted filter, and the nudge email.
The Partners page lists everyone who promotes you. This page covers the funnel strip at the top and how to wake up partners who joined but never shared their link.
The funnel
Three boxes sit above the list. Each one counts partners, and each one is a link that filters the list to those partners:
- Signed up: active partners. Pending, declined and suspended partners aren't counted.
- Promoted: signed-up partners with at least one click on their link.
- Converted: signed-up partners who've earned at least one real commission.
Under Promoted and Converted you'll see a percentage. It's the share of the box before. For example, 40 signed up and 10 promoted reads 25% of signed up.
A few things to know about Converted:
- It counts live sales only. A sale made in Stripe test mode doesn't count, because no money moves for it.
- A reward, a reversal, a voided commission and a rejected one don't count either.
- Each partner counts once, however many sales they bring.
The box you're looking at says Showing. Press it again to clear the filter. The filter sits in the address bar, so you can bookmark it or send the link to a teammate.
Never promoted after 30 days
Press Never promoted after 30 days beside the other filters. It shows active partners who joined 30 or more days ago and have no clicks at all. A partner who joined exactly 30 days ago is on the list.
Press it again to turn it off.
Nudge them
On that view, a panel above the list says who a nudge would reach. To send one:
- Press Write a nudge. The subject and email are filled in. Change anything you like.
- Press Review and send. You'll see the exact words and the number of people.
- Press Send to and your count, such as Send to 12.
Nothing goes out until step 3. Each person gets their own link in the email. These tags work in the subject and the email:
{{first_name}}is the partner's name{{partner_link}}is that partner's own referral link{{program}}is your program name
The nudge goes out as a normal campaign, so it shows up under Messaging, Campaigns with its deliveries, opens and bounces.
Who it skips
The panel counts the people it leaves out:
- Partners whose address bounced, who unsubscribed, or whose deletion is pending.
- Partners who already had a nudge in the last 30 days. A partner can get one every 30 days at most.
We work out the list again on our server when you press send. If it changed while you were writing, nothing is sent and you're asked to check the new number.
Press the button twice and the email still goes once.
